          Additional Exposure for Ourselves and Other Trusted Providers:  Members will be included on the SOARR website. Our website will evolve to become a useful resource that includes a variety of tools and additional opportunities for exposure.

          Affiliation with CCAPP and NARR:  The California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP) is a state certified organization recognized for their standard of quality and training. They are recognized by the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) who has national recognition. You will also be listed on the CCAPP website in addition to the SOARR site. CCAPP has signed an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding with SOARR to be the only sober living alliance recognized by that organization in San Diego County.

          Industry Regulation Assistance:  In this non-regulated industry, governmental agencies are in the process of creating legislation and regulations, we will already have the standard expectation of what is required and expected in quality sober living homes.

**NOTE:  RENEWAL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE TIMELY HOUSE INSPECTION(S) AND AVOID REMOVAL FROM THE WEBSITES OF BOTH SOARR AND CCAPP! 

Three things are needed for New Members and Renewing Members:  #1 Membership Forms, #2 Insurance, #3 Payment  ***Please see the CCAPP link to make sure you have similar forms as they are now requiring copies.  You may use their templates if you do not have forms.

All forms are required for renewal other than the datasheet if all items on the SOARR website are still accurate.  The Code of Ethics for each Manager and Owner/Operator is necessary.  Please don’t forget to remit the Insurance Declaration Page for each residence.  Thank you from the SOARR Membership Team!!
